Service Satisfaction Policy

At RT Cleaning Company LLC, we are committed to providing quality cleaning services for residential and commercial clients.

If you are not satisfied with a portion of the service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will return to re-clean the missed or unsatisfactory areas at no additional charge.

​Because cleaning services are labor-based, refunds are not provided for completed services. Refunds or service credits may be considered only if:

• We failed to arrive for a scheduled service, or

• A significant portion of the agreed- upon service was not completed, or

• Prepaid services were not performed

 

Services are completed according to the agreed-upon scope of work. This policy does not cover wear and tear, permanent stains, or areas inaccessible at the time of service.
